2. Vehicle Storage Agreement

By using our storage services, you agree to enter into a separate Vehicle Storage Agreement with Concourse Of Hilton Head, which outlines specific terms and conditions related to your use of the storage facility, including:

  • The type and condition of vehicles that are accepted for storage.
  • The responsibilities of both parties regarding vehicle storage, including access, security, and maintenance.
  • Provisions on the length of storage, and any applicable termination or removal procedures.

All vehicles stored at our facility must be properly insured, and the storage facility is not liable for any damage or loss of vehicles, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Concourse Of Hilton Head.

3. Access to Storage Facility

  • Authorized persons may access the storage facility during specified hours. Access is restricted outside of normal operating hours unless otherwise arranged.
  • You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and must immediately notify us if your access credentials are lost, stolen, or compromised.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Limitation of Liability: Concourse Of Hilton Head is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal items stored in the facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You are responsible for insuring your vehicle while it is stored at the facility.
  • Insurance Requirement: All vehicles stored at the facility must be insured with comprehensive coverage. You are required to provide proof of insurance upon request.

5. Prohibited Items

You are prohibited from storing the following items in the facility:

  • Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
  • Illegal substances or contraband.
  • Animals, perishable items, or any other items deemed inappropriate by us.

6. Termination of Storage Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate your storage agreement and access to the facility if you violate any of the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions or the Vehicle Storage Agreement. In the event of termination, you agree to promptly remove your vehicle and any personal items from the facility.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Concourse Of Hilton Head, its employees, affiliates, agents, and officers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the storage facility or any violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, images, text, and other materials, is owned by Concourse Of Hilton Head or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Concourse Of Hilton Head. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access these links at your own risk.
